About Silk Flowers & Plants by TPT

TPT (stands for Transworld Plush Toys) has been famous for manufacturing, importing and wholesaling animal slippers, stuffed animals and all types of plush toys since 1983. However, we have also carried a line of Silk Flowers and Plants for serving customers in home decor field.

Company History: Our company was established at 400 S. Los Angeles St., Unit F, Los Angeles, California in 1983 under the name Transworld Trading Company. In 1989 Transworld Trading Company was incorporated into Transworld Plush Toys, Inc. and was relocated to 345 S. San Pedro St. Unit 106, Los Angeles. In 2002, we have moved our office to the current address to better serve our customers.

Our Mission: We bring happy hours to your kids by providing quality plush toys while we bring premium silk plants and flowers to make your home a more beautiful place to live for you and your kids.

Our Service: We believe that personal attention is what customer service all about. Unlike the case when you are dealing with those big companies, you will be able to communicate directly with the head of our company at any time through email or when ever it is necessary by phone.

Our Overseas Branch Offices: We have offices in Mexico and Venezuela to better serve our customers there.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept money order, cashier's check, company's check, personal check and payment through PayPal. However, it takes around 5 working days to clear a company's check or a personal check before shipping. Sorry, we only accept all kinds of checks issued by a local bank within USA. No foreign checks will be accepted.

FREIGHT

Within continental USA, a shipment will be made either through post office's Priority Mail or through FedEx ground service which ever is more convenient according to the size of the order at our option. For Next Day Express or for out of USA service, please email us for a freight quote in advance. We reserve the right not to ship to some countries at our option. All international shipments must be traceable and must be insured on buyer's account, unless the buyer wants to take the un-delivery risks on his own account.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders will be shipped out within 2 to 5 working days. It takes another 2 to 5 working days in most cases to have the order delivered to your doorstep by US post office or FedEx ground service. However, it is understandable that the service provided by US post office or FedEx or any other freight carrier is beyond our control. We are not responsible to their service.

SALES TAX

A 8.25% Sales Tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a California resident.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order confirmation will be sent immediately by our automatic shopping cart system upon receiving your order. However, an order will be physically shipped out only if the credit card payment has been passed the electronic credit card processing center or if a company's check or a personal check is cleared with the bank.

ORDER CANCELLATION

A cancellation must be made before shipping. Otherwise the actual round trips shipping fee plus a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged to buyer's account.
