RETURNS POLICY

We offer Money Back guarantee. Here's how:

1. For defected and damaged items: We will send you a new one immediately upon receiving your return. Please email us for obtaining a return authorization code before returning. All returns are only accepted within 14 days from the date you have received the merchandise. For damaged items because of the damaged packing, please also report to the postmaster or FedEx driver immediately upon receiving the delivery.
2. For all other reasons of returns: We will happily refund your money after deducting the shipping and handling plus a 10% re-stocking fee upon receiving the un-used products. Please also email us for obtaining a return authorization code before returning.

Occasionally some items might be out of stock. We'll let you know promptly and you may order a substitution or we will refund your money immediately.
